Day 7 - Tentena to Ampana
This was a driving day of around 190km from Tentena to the seaside town of Ampana. Once we cleared the mountain range north of Tentena there wasn't much to see along the way as we drove along the coast for the majority of the time and the habitat was very dry and not suitable for Nepenthes or orchids. We arrived early at the seaside town of Ampana and then all enjoyed a nice relaxing swim in the ocean where small corals and tropical saltwater fish could be seen in the shallows which was followed by a stunning sunset.
